1. Grill all four burgers for 12 - 14 mins on a medium heat, checking regularly. Spear with fork and allow juices to run off.
2. Spread butter / marge on all four rolls. On two spread cranberry sauce, and on the other two use mango chutney.
3. Squidge the last of the juice off the burgers with kitchen roll and pair the two beef burgers with the chutney buns, and the two chickens with the cranberry.
4. Add lettuce. Share one of each burger with both hungry peoples and chow down!
