Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 4 medium potatoes. peeled. sliced
- 1 can Heinz Mushroom Soup
- 1 ½ cup water
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 30g butter. melted
- 1 cup grated cheese

1. Pre heat oven to moderate 180 C.
2. Cook sausages unil done.
3. Arrange potato on bottom of casserole.
4. Place sausages over potatos.
5. Mix together soup and water and pur over sausages.
6. Cover and bake 1 hour.
7. For the topping combine all topping ingredients and place over the top of sausages and bake uncovered 10 mins or until golden and crunchy.
