- 1 kg broad beans
- 480g peas
- 30 margarine
- 1 onion. finely chopped
- 1l vegetable stock
- 2 sprigs mint
- 200g natural yogurt
- ΒΌ tsp. curry paste
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint

1. Saute the onion on the margarine in a saucepan. Pour in the stock and bring it to the boil.
2. Put in the beans, peas and mint sprigs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the mint than blend the rest until smoothed and purred.
5. Mix the yogurt with the curry paste. Add these to the soup and then blend again.
6. Cool it before serving.
