Really simple lasagna recipe - almost too simple

1. Bolognese sauce: Make a bolognese sauce using minced beef, lamb or vegetarian alternative. Fry the meat then you can make the bolognese from scratch using chopped tinned tomatoes etc. or for speed, use a ready sauce such as Lloyd Grossman Bolognese Sauce.
2. Cheese Sauce: Make cheese sauce using a white sauce and adding a grated mature cheddar or for speed, use a ready made supermarket cheese sauce.
3. Place a layer of pasta shapes (one third) in a oven proof bowl or lasagne dish (make sure the pasta shapes are cooked). Spoon a generous layer of bolognese on top.
4. Put another layer of pasta shapes on top and put another layer of bolognese on top and add some cheese sauce.
4. Put a final layer of pasta shapes on top and cover well with cheese sauce.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20 mins. making sure the top does not dry out or burn.
6. Sprinkle with parmesan just before serving.
7. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
