Method

1
Brown off your mince with the onion & finely chopped garlic
Add the passata, tomatoes, squeeze your lemon in, add the green pepper, olives, 1 tsp oregano & heat through for about 15 mins
Next add the bisto & marmite & stir through, so that the sauce is nice and stodgy!
Layer into an ovenproof dish / lasagne dish - 1 layer beef mixture, lasagne sheet, bechamel sauce, lasagne sheet, beef mixture, lasagne, bechamel...etc.... until you get to the top!
Cover your top layer of lasagne in bechamel sauce, top with grated cheddar & sprinke another teaspoon of oregano on the top.
Bung in the oven at about 200 deg C / 190 deg C if fan assisted - for 30 mins - checked the lasagne pasta is cooked by gently pushing a knife through the layers.
Serve with a green salad & I like to have hunks of bread to dunk into garlic butter.
