- 2 cups cold strong coffee
- 1 well beaten egg
- 4 cups chilled milk
- 3 tbsp cream
- sugar to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together (best in a blender)and then pour into individual glasses.
2. Add enough chilled carbonated water to each glass to to make a sumptuous foam on top or just add cream.
