Preheat Oven to 200ยฐC. Grease a 23cm Square Tin and line it with Greaseproof Paper
Put Chocolate and Butter into a bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring to combine. Once melted, take off heat and allow to cool.
In another bowl, whisk 3 of the eggs and the sugar together with an electric hand whisk until thick and moussey. Fold into the cooled chocolate mixture along with the flour. Mix all of this together and then pour into the prepared tin.
Put cheese into another bowl with the 1 remaining egg and another tbsp of flour and a tsp of the sugar. Mix well to combine.
Place dollops of the cheese mixture randomly onto the cake surface and then top with splodges of jam. Use a skewer/stick to marble the mixture together.
Bake for 25-30mins. After baking, let the cake cool in the tin for 10mins, then lift out to cool on rack. Cut into wedges for brownies, or leave as a cake!
