- 150g Tinned Italian Tomatoes (chopped)
- 60ml Water
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano chopped

1. Place garlic and olive oil in a saucepan on medium and cook until garlic is soft and lightly browned.
2. Add other ingredients to the pan, bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20, stirring from time to time, until thickened.
3. Serve hot over pasta.
