Ingredients
- 100g Pasta. shells
- 6 Cucumber slices
- Β½ a pepper Pepper (any colour)
- 3-4 Spring Onions
- 1 Sweetcorn tinned or cob
- however much you want Mayonnaise

This is the perfect dish if you are looking fora light lunch or a side for any barbeque.
1. Fill a saucepan 3/4 full of water and put on a cooker ring which is on a high setting.
2. Once your water has boiled, add your pasta shells and stir. The pasta should only take 10 mins to cook.
3. On a clean surface, start preparing your vegetables; while still stirring the pasta occasionally.
Cucmber
1. Slice your cucumber into circles, then into small cubes
Pepper
2. Slice your pepper in half, de-seed one half, then cut into small cubes.
Spring Onions
3. Cut of the whits bulb end and the top of the spring onionif it looks browny round the edges, then cut into chunky slices.
Sweetcorn
Tinned:
4. Open the tin of sweetcorn and drain, then put in small dish.
Cobbed:
5. Wash the corn cob then de-corn it into a small dish.
6. By this time, your pasta should be cooked so drain using a colinder and rinse with fresh water.
7. Set aside the pasta to cool in the colinder.
8. Once the pasta has cooled, empty it in to a big bowl then add your chopped vegetables.
9. Give it a good mix then add whatever salad sauce youwnat, I prefer to use mayonnaise.
10. Put in the fridge to cool or serve straight away.
