- 2 Onions. sliced

Love this recipe, although I am only person in the house who will eat it.
My wife says "you are pure class" when I cook and eat this!

Fry the onions in a wok until soft. Add the tatties and stir fry until hot. Dice the corned beef and add to wok. Stir fry until all hot through and corned beef starts to "melt".
Put on plate and smother in tomato ketchup.
Chef's Tips
This does need lashings of tomato ketchup!
