Start by boiling the cabbage till cooked then place in a pot with a lid to keep warm.To make the sauce firstly put oil in a pan and the onions and fry them till golden brown.Then add the flour gradually stiring thurilly after each addition do this till the mixture is a thick paste.Next add water graudually and stir thurilly again but this time till the consistency of sauce.Then season to taste with white vingar and salt and pepper.Finaly pour the sauce over cabbage and walla you have polish style cabbage-enjoyxxx:D
