Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

Well, here's a healthy fish dish. Use any favourite white flakey fish, brocolli, creamy potatoes and bake it in my tasty tartere sauce recipe

Method

  1. 1

1.Casserole the Fish(lid on) in the the Milk at 170 c for 15mins. Remove the fish to a baking dish (180x250mm approx) and rough flake it. Keep the Milk for the sauce.
2.Par boil the Brocolli, strain, place with the Fish.
    3. On the hob, make THE SAUCE with the Milk in a pan using the Flour to thicken (no lumps please) then stir in the Parsley and Tartere. Season with salt and pepper.Pour over the Fish/Brocolli
Scatter the Cheese on.Place the sliced Eggs on.
    4. Mix the Mayo and some Milk in the Ceamed Potatoes to ensure an easily spreadable topping.
    5. Oven bake for about 30mins at 180 c

Chef's Tips

I used Haddock on this occasion but prefer Mackerl which I bake rather than casserole, head removed, gutted, tail on, remove the bone when baked. Far less expensive too. (Just an option) Enjoy
