- 3 cups Greek-style yoghurt (not low fat)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract / essence

This is a really easy recipe for homemade frozen yoghurt
Method

Mix together the yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Blend together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Freeze overnight. The frozen yoghurt will be very hard – remove from container and re-blend in mixer. Then put back in freezer.
Remove from freezer and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
Makes about 1 quart.
