- 1 x punnet of grapes (approx 50-60 grapes. seedles white seedless grapes
- ΒΌ teaspoon mint sauce
- 1 x tumbler cold water

place grapes into a tall container (a jug or pint glass is ideal.
Use a hand blender to pulp the grapes and pour on yoghurt and blend very well.
Pour in water and add mint during blending.
Strain into a decanter and serve very cold. Delicious!!!
