Description
Catherine cooked this for me one of the first times I met the family and I loved it. She has since entrusted me with the recipe and it is now a firm favourite.

1. In a pan brown the leg of lamb and transfer to the slow cooker.
2. Boil the cranberry sauce, mustard and pour over the lamb.
3. Add a few sprigs of roesemary and any vegetables you would like to the slow cooker.
4. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours or high for 4 hours. The lamb literrally falls off the bone and is totally delicious I then pour the sauce from the slow cooker into a saucepan and thicken it up to serve on the table as a gravy.
This is such an easy dish, so quick to prepare and you can leave it all day to cook. The lamb is so tender and just falls off the bone. The gravy is delicious once thickened up. A firm family favourite, am cooking it now for our Sunday roast! Yum!
