- 400gms Diced lamb
- ยฝ cup (118ml) Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Onions
- 1 Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Garlic & ginger paste
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 Star Anise
- ยฝ tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp All spice
- ยฝ cup (118ml) hot water

Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and salt.

Add the diced Lamb, the Garlic & ginger paste, fresh chilli (optional), chopped tomatoes and pepper and let it boil for 30 minutes, until you see the onions melt.

Add the bay leaves, Star Anise, Garam masala, All spice and stir.

Add 1/2 cup of hot water and let the spices cook for 15 minutes on a low gas.

Add some more hot water for the gravy and then check if the meat is tender (If it's not leave it on a slow gas for an extra 10-15 minutes).

Add the fresh chopped coriander and mix it in.

Remove the bay leaves and Star Anise and discard.

Serve on some boiled rice and sprinkle some chopped coriander on the top for garnish.
