Method

    Melt the butter and add to crushed biscuits and drinking choc powder.

    Press into a loose bottomed tin and place in the fridge while you make the filling.

    Whisk soft cheese and condensed milk.

    Add double cream and whisk until mixture thickens.

    Mix in 2-3 crushed crunchie bits.

    Spread over biscuit base.

    Place in fridge until set.

I used 150g butter, around 350mls cream and a 300g tub of cream cheese. The mix tastes lovely and it's setting in the fridge. Here goes...
