Description
It's Spicy, it's cheesey, it's great for sharing over a few beers with mates or even as a starter. But most of all it's quick, easy, and fun to make and enjoy!
Method
-
1
First, grab a large bowl- to be used for preparing and serving. Add the tortilla chips to suit the number of people eating (I find that salted work best).
-
2
Add the salsa sauce by pouring evenly over the chips, but not to close to the edge of the bowl- Neither you nor your fellow eaters want sticky fingers!
-
3
Next, grate the cheddar to cover the salsa. Amount all depends on preference and judgement.
-
4
Finally add the jalapenos to the bowl, again, amount depends on how much heat you think you can take! Bang the bowl into the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes and serve.
Great for a snack for just you, yourself and a friend, or a group of people. Also good as a starter for a mexican- themed meal.
Grab some spicy nachos, a cold drink, sit back and enjoy!
