- 175g (6oz) Margerine
- 175g (6oz) Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Orange Rind. Grated
- 175g (6oz) Self Raising Flour
- 2 Orange. Juice
- 175g (6oz) Caster Sugar
- 100g Chocolate
- 1lb Loaf Tin

1. Heat oven to 160*c and grease the tin.
2. Cream margerine and sugar together in a bowl.
3. Add in the eggs one at a time.
4. Mix in the orange rind and fold in the flour.
5. Pour the mixture in the tin and cook for 50mins. When ready take out cake to cool.
6. Mix the juice of 2 oranges in with the sugar to create a syrup.
7. With the cake cooled make shallow slits across the cake and pour the syrup over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
8. Melt the chocolate and cover the cake for decoration.
