Take a farmhouse loaf and slice i down the long side. Take the slices of bread and toast one on both sides and the other on one side only
Take the cooked sausages and slice them lengthways, arrange them on the untoasted side of bread, cover in cheese and toast until the cheese is melted and bubbling
Add the HP cover with the other slice of toast
