- 100g Fusilli pasta
- 2 Good quality sausages
- 1 Small onion
- A small handful Peas
- Pinch Fennel Seeds
- Pinch Mustard Seeds
- Pinch Chilli Flakes
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch Oregano
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper

1) Finely chop the onion and cook over a medium/low heat for 7-10 minutes until soft but not coloured.
2) Skin the sausages and add to the pan, turn the heat up high. At the same time, add the pasta to a pan of boiling water.
3) Bash the seeds and chilli flakes in a pestle and mortar (quantities are entirely up to personal taste) and add to the pan with the sausages and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
4) Once the pasta is cooked al dente drain into a colander and add the peas to the sausage pan.
5) Add the oregano and a glug of worcestershire sauce to the pan with the sausages.
6) Add the pasta to the pan and mix the flavours together.
7) To serve, transfer to a bowl and grate parmesan to taste.
8) Enjoy, preferably with a beer on the side.
