- 100g/4oz butter or margarine
- 250g/8oz caster sugar
- 2 eggs. beaten
- 3 bananas. mashed
- 250g/8oz Flour (self raising)

Pre-heat the oven to 180
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and mix well, add the banana and flour and mix until well blended.
Pour into loaf tin, bake for 1 hour.
When cooled remove from the loaf tin and slice.
