Make Assam Tea
Boil Tapioca Pearls for 5 - 10 mins,
Add milk to Blender
Pour the tea over the ice and add to blender
add milk and Coconut milk.
Blend for 30 seconds on high
Drain tapioca and return to pan, add Palm Sugar and heat until melted and tapioca is coated in sticky syrup.
Put a layer of tapioca pearls in a glass and pour over cold milky tea mixture drink through a wide straw, mine were made by cutting up a hula hoop.
