- 115g Butter
- 115g Dark brown sugar
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Large Bananas

Preheat the oven to 200C
Grease and line a medium sized loaf tin.
Firstly mix together the plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and the salt. In a seperate bowl cream together the butter and the brown sugar until light and fluffy. To this mixture add the bananas (mashed) and the eggs, beat well then stir in the flour mixture. Place in a medium sized loaf tin and place in the oven for 60 minutes until brown on top.
