Ingredients
- 1000grams lean beef mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 250 grams mushrooms sliced
- 2 Jars Pasta Sauce (Coop chunky veg)
- 3 tbs rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper

Gently fry onion in the rapeseed oil until soft and golden .
Add mince and fry until all the mince is brown then drain off excess oil.
Put into oven proof dish add Pasta Sauce , mushrooms ,Worcester sauce and season with salt / pepper stir well.
Put in oven on 140 c (fan oven ) stirring every hour making sure it does not dry out too much , if it does add a glass of red wine to it.
Cook for 5 hours , this can be frozen and reheated later !
Note . I know you will be saying it should not have bought pasta sauce in it , but give it a try my family think its the best!
