Ingredients
- 7oz tinned tuna in brine
- 4oz curd cheese (or medium-fat cream cheese)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Drain the tuna, then add it to the cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the lemon juice (and parsley if you like) and blend again.
Scoop into a serving dish and chill until needed.
