Ingredients
- 1 tblespoon oil for frying
- 6 carrots. peeled
- 4-6 Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 Bouquet Garni
- ½ bottle sherry
- 1 Tinned tomatoes
- 1-2 onion chopped

Dice onions and fry til golden, put to one side.
Dust chops with flour and brown.
Add all ingredients to a lidded pot/pan and cook for 21/2 to 3 hours at about 180 - stirring occassionally.
Serve with rice or mash.
