Description
I have reconstructed this most amazing salad I had at Gilgemesh - this is therefore dedicated to that restaurant in Camden Town!

2. Shred the roasted duck into the mixed leaves
3. Sprinkle over the cashew nuts
4. Add the cubes of watermelon on top
5. Make the dressing - in a food processor wizz all the dressing ingredients and then drizzle the dressing with olive oil over the salad
I thought this recipe was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!
