I'm sure I'm not the first one to discover this simple yet tasty combination of basic ingredients. Perfect as a healthy party snack

Method

Create your own method for combining the ingredients. I usually like to spread hummus on the cracker, top with a thin slice of cheese and cucumber, and then add the olive slice on top. You can also sub feta cheese in place of the cheddar, or use a different flavor of hummus... Get creative, (as creative as you can considering the simplicity.)
