1) Mix the 3 eggs,yoghurt and sweetener together
2) Pore into silicone cases (about half way up if you overfill them they can spill out during cooking)
3)Sprinkle with nutmeg, then pop them into ovan at 180 for 20 mins......and then ENJOY...lovely..
