- 1 Cucumber - peeled
- 1 Garlic clove crushed
- 1 Slice of bread in water
- 1 Red pepper
- Tablespoon Very good olive oil
- pinch Salt
- Tablespoon Fresh Basil
- Tablespoon Fresh Mint
- Tablespoon Fresh Tarragon
- Tablespoon Fresh Dill
- Tablespoon Apple vinegar

Blend all together. Put in fridge to chill. Serve when chilled with an ice cube in it. Measurements are approximate - add or reduce depending on what you like.
