This normally sinful recipe is a reformed character when you make it with Alpro β all the creaminess but none of the guilt!

Preheat an oven to 180ΒΊC/350ΒΊF/gas mark 4 and grease a casserole dish or baking tin (about 15 x 10cm).
Thinly slice the potatoes. Crush the garlic and spread over the bottom of the dish then layer on the potatoes overlapping the slices as you go and seasoning with the salt and pepper, adding a couple of pinches of freshly grated nutmeg.
Mix together the Alpro soya cream and Wholebean milk, pour over the potato mixture and place in the oven to bake for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are soft and creamy with a golden, crispy top.
Delicious served with simply steamed fresh spring vegetables.
