Chicken and Bacon Baguettes - Simple

cheap, quick and very tasty!

   *Pre cooked chicken can be bought from Icelands, £1.50 a bag, serves 6 - 10
   Par baked baguettes are easiest
   
   Fry up the chicken, any chicken will do, even leftovers, and as you are frying break it up in to smaller chunks
   
   Fry bacon and chop in to small peices. Mix the chicken and bacon together, it's best to let this cool for a while before mixing with the mayo, but if pushed for time add some mayo at the end of grilling.
   
   Warm baguettes as instructions, usually 10 mins, take out the oven and fill with the chicken, bacon and mayo mixture
   
   top with a generous amount of grated mozarella (any cheese can be used)
   
   Season with pepper
   
   pop under the grill until browned
   
   gorgeous!
