YOU WILL NEED A BLENDER!
1) Dice the Carrot
2) Dice the Apple
3) Pour 200 ml of the apple juice into a measuring jug
4)Tip the apple juice from the measuring jug into the Blender
5) Put the diced apple and carrot into the measuring jug.
6) Get the Teeny Weeny bit of ginger and put it in the blender.
