Three ingredients energy balls

Easy recipe for home made healthy energy balls


1. Put cashew nuts in a food processor and blitz to crumbs then add dates and pulse to combine and the mixture forms a sticky dough.
2. Shape mixture into small sized balls and roll in dessicated coconut to coat. Put in the fridge to firm for approx. 30 minutes.


Medjool Dates 250g
Cashew Nuts 100g
Dessicated Coconut 20g
