Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

Lovely autumnal dessert - even better if you pick the berries yourself

Method

  1. 1

    1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4.

    2. Peel, core and cut up the apples. Place the chunks, water and sugar into a saucepan and cook it, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes or until the apples are soft. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if necessary.

    3. Spoon the apples in a big pie dish, leave to cool, then stir in the berries.

    4. To make the crumble, rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Combine with the sugar.

    5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apple and bake for 40 mins.
