Select a large pan eg: a double handled one.
Heat some oil and chop and soften the onions for 3 mins.
Tip in the frozen mince and brown on a high heat, stirring continuously.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 10 more minutes
The ground cumin is the secret ingredient and gives an addictive flavour that will cause a stir at any party or BBQ
Add or reduce the chilli to adjust the heat. This doesn't need to be a hot chilli. The English mustard gives a good flavour to the beef mince.
The baked beans provide the sugar and salt. I use supermarket own brand.
This dish can be produced in about 20 minutes and goes well on jacket potatoes or rice.
