Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Our favourite dinner in the cold months. Mam made this for us every week and we loved it
Method

1. Coat the meat in the flour and brown in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
2. Place the beef in a casserole dish and cover with water.
3. Boil the Carrots and Turnip for 15 minutes then add to the meat using some of the water from the vegetables to pour into the stew.
4. Cover and cook for 2 and half hours in a low heat oven - Gas mark 4.
5. When the meat is tender thicken the liquid with either gravy granules or Comptons Gravy Salt mixed with flour and water.
6. Cook for a further 30 minutes until the stew is thick.
Serve with mashed potato and green beans
