Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- knob butter
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Finely grated zest and juice of 2 large limes
- 400g pork tenderloin, sliced into strips
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
- ยฝ fresh chilli, deseeded
- Handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- 2 x 300g fresh egg noodles
- splash toasted sesame oil

1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pain or wok until just sizzling. Throw in the sesame seeds, lime zest, pork and lastly the crushed garlic and stir fry gently for 8 to 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
2. Take off the heat and finely chop in a little chilli. Dress with lime juice and coriander.
3. Meanwhile, heat the noodles in a wok, then dress with sesame oil. Season and serve the lime pork tumbling over the noodles.
