remove stalks,mix other ingredients and stoff in to hole now created by removal of the stalk place on under hot grill and cook until heated through serve with crisp side salad. these can be prepared much earlier and kept in the fridge until your guests arrive and believe me they taste nearly as good as my best mushroom starter ever
