These delightful stuffed mushrooms are bursting with flavor and make for an irresistible appetizer or side dish. Filled with a savory mixture of cream cheese, herbs, and breadcrumbs, they are pan-fried to golden perfection, creating a crispy exterior that contrasts beautifully with the creamy filling.

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside for later use.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and sautรฉ them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened.

In a bowl, combine the sautรฉed mushroom stems, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, pressing down gently to pack it in.

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer.
