- 4oz onions (sliced)
- 4oz leeks (sliced)
- 4oz celery (sliced)
- 1 Β½ pints chicken stock
- 1oz flour
- ground cumin
- seasoning
- ΒΌ pint sour cream
- chives
- 1 ΒΌ sweet potato (peeled and diced)

Fry the sweet potato and vegetables in the oil for 5-6 mins.

Add the flour and cumin powder, then gradually add the chicken stock.

Simmer for 6-8 mins until the sweet potato is tender.

Blend the soup in a food processor.

Season to taste and serve with the sour cream and chives.
