Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover turkey
- 3 large sticks celery
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 4 tbsps Hellmann's mayonnaise
- ½ cup pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste

Served with hot buttered potatoes and a green salad, you have the making of a great meal when friends drop by unexpectedly.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the pecans on a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Set them aside to cool, then chop them coarsely.
Cut the turkey into cubes, dice the celery sticks and core and chop the apples.
Combine the turkey, celery, apples, pecans and mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
