Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

Bite size portions of this mini Torte made of marzipan and dark chocolate with an After Eight sandwich filling.

Method

  1. 1

    1. Break and melt the chocolate in the basin placed in a saucepan of hot water on the hob at low heat
    2. Use an Egg ring to cut out some Marzipan, then trim about
3mm off the edge of each marzipan ring with scissors.
    3. With butter to adhere, line the inside of each ring with
baking paper (keep a straight edge to the end of tin)
4 Place the tins on squares of baking paper, spoon in 2
teaspoons of hot chocolate and press a marzipan ring on top to spread the chocolate up the side of the tin. Place on some cut to shape AFTER EIGHTS, add more chocolate and press on another marzipan ring.

    5. Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour then use a glass
to gently push the torte out of the ring. Remove the
paper liners. Spread hot chocolate on a square of
paper press on the topside of the torte leave to cool.
    Peel off the paper

I decorated them with white choc shavings.
