- 250g Leftover roast chicken. cut into strips
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Clear honey
- 1 tbsp. Sunflower oil
- 1 clove Garlic.crushed
- 1 Onions. chopped
- 150g Broccoli florets
- 1 Red pepper. cut into strips
- 1 small can Sweetcorn

This recipe is great with pork, turkey or any other lefover meat. Quick and easy.

1. Marinate the chicken in a small bowl with a little soy sauce or teriyaki and honey.
2. Heat a wok with a little sunflower oil until it begins to smoke, than quickly add crushed garlic, some choppedonions, broccoli, sweetcorn and red peppers.
3. Keep the food moving around until the vegetables are just cooked. Add the cooked chicken and stir fry until piping hot.
