Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 500g minced turkey
- 1 large onion. chopped
- 2 garlic cloves. chopped
- Β½ - 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. roughly crushed
- Β½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 410g red kidney beans. rinsed. drained
- 400g Can of chopped tomatoes
- 450 ml chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 25g Dark Chocolate. chopped
- soft tortillas
- 4 tablespoons soured cream

heat the oil in a frying pan, add the turkey mince and onion and fry stirring for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in the garlic, spices and flour then add the kidney beans, canned tomatoes, stock, tomato puree, chocolate and season with salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil, breaking up any large pieces of mince. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and cook on low for 8- 10 hours.
stir well and serve in warm soft tortillas topped with guacamole and spoonfuls of soured cream.
TO MAKE GUACAMOLE, HALVE AN AVACADO AND REMOVE THE STONE, SCOOP OUT THE FLESH WITH A SPOON AND THEN MASH WITH FRESH LIME OR LEMON JUICE. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
