- ½ lb butter - softened
- ½ lb icing sugar - sifted
- ½ lb caster sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp (or lots more!!!) brandy
- 4 oz ground almonds

Cream the butter, beat in the icing and caster sugar alternating with milk and brandy.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add the almonds and mix well.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
