Make stock - one cube per 3/4 pint of boiling water. And boil chicken in large pot - makesure chicken is covered by sotck - add water if neccessary - for one hour. Strain - by now you should have a lovely chicken stock.
Meat should fall off chicken easily - add this meat to the stock along with all other vegetabales and simmer on low heat for 2 hours or until all veg is tender.
