It's nice to use celery as a cooked accompaniment for a change. This is yummy!

Method

    1. Preheat oven to 200oC gas 6.
    2. Place celvery, stock, onion, garlic and oregano into an ovenproof pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with foil.
    3. Trasfer to the oven (in another pan if you can't use this one in the oven) and cook for 20 mins or until the celery is tender. Remove from the oven and whisk in the butter and season.

Chef's Tips

This is really a great way to use up celery which you find hanging around in the fridge! It's really tasty and nice to have something different in the way of veg for a change.
