- 2 oz Cake Meal
- 6 oz sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 oz ground almonds
- 3 oz Chocolate - Melted

1) - Seperate the eggs
2) - Beat the whites until stiff
3) - Add sugar and beat for a minute
4) - Add the egg yolks, one at a time and beat for 2 minutes.
5) - Add the cooled melted chocolate, then gently and carefully fold into the cake meal with the ground almonds.
6) - cook in a moderate oven for 50 mins.
Chef's Tips
Try changing the chocolate for different flavours (If you want a Parve option - use dark, if you want milk chocolate use that etc )
